Recommended Daily Intake

1-2 jelly splats daily.

The daily dose of 1-2 pieces of jelly splats contain:

600-1200 mg of fish oil

of which omega-3 fatty acids 378-756 mg

of which EPA * 60-120 mg

and DHA ** 282-564 mg

* Eicosapentaenoic acid
** Docosahexaenoic acid

Ingredients

FISH OIL, sweeteners (xylitol, sorbitol), water, gelatin, acid (sodium citrate), natural flavors (strawberry, orange, lemon), antioxidants (malic acid, tocopherol extract), color (beta-carotene).

Warning/ Cautions

Not recommended for haemophiliacs. Consult a medical doctor if on anti-coagulant medication. Contains sweeteners (sorbitol, xylitol). Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
